The chuck appears to be of high quality, though I have not had a chance to use it yet. I purchased it because I want to drill and tap fixture hold downs on my 1" thick welding table. The annular cutters work well for through bolts, but are the wrong drill sizes for taps. My intent is the drill first with the annular cutters to the closest undersize then run one or more drills using this chuck to get the proper size hole required for the tap.
